- All Bookings are at the discretion of the Trust.
- Charges include electricity, heating and use of the kitchen
- Use of the kitchen will be on the basis that it is left in a clean and hygienic condition or a charge will be made at the discretion of the Trust.
- Lettings are subject to the conditions of hire and rules of Stanton under Bardon Village Hall Trust who reserve the right to refuse a booking without giving reasons for the refusal.
- The Hirer is responsible for obtaining all necessary licences.
- The Trust is now able to provide the services of a Bar.
- A deposit is required of 25% to secure a booking if more than 3 months in advance.
- For all small events a returnable deposit of £30.00 is required.
- For all other Parties/Dances/Special Events a returnable deposit of £150.00 is required prior to the event as surety against damage, etc. to the Hall. Assuming no damage, etc. is caused and the Hall is left clean and tidy as found this will be returned to the Hirer.
- If you wish to hire a bar to sell alcohol, then you will be required to give us the information about the company, their insurance, etc., before we will allow you to go ahead. If, on the other hand, you bring the alcohol in, then you may ‘give’ it to your guests. This is covered by the Hall’s insurance.
